The following cases are just a small sample of the custom designed and developed educational and training programs we've conducted with our clients. An organization-wide role redefinition process for senior staff, middle management, and employees: We worked with the CEO and his direct leadership team to define and align everyone's roles and responsibilities in the organization. This led to specific roles for the senior leadership team, the middle management team and the front-line employees (called professional staff). We developed a customized 360 degree feedback instrument to assess performance, then developed learning modules for each specific role and conducted workshops to help define and apply the key responsibilities of each role. We followed this up with a revised performance management process that was highly engaging, ongoing throughout the year and clearly connected to the roles and business objectives. Customized Facilitation Skills Training for Sales Executives: We worked with a team of sales directors to improve facilitation skills in both functional meetings and in national sales meetings. This was a highly customized version of our Facilitating Teams program focusing on the current realities and challenges for this specific organization. Team Development: We worked to customize a team development program to accommodate the specific needs and challenges of a business improvement and strategy team to help them set a course toward becoming a high performance workteam. We used live case analysis from problems and challenges the team was currently facing to help them "experience" team dynamics and recognize key steps for continued development and improvement. | ||||||||||||||||||||
