Dr. Maurice Olivier, Founder and President of the Academy for Corporate Excellence, has developed and conducted corporate programs on organizational change and transition for more than twenty years. More commonly known to many as "Moe", his developed areas of expertise include:

As an Organizational Change Specialist, Moe's experiences have included both the public as well as the private sectors. His expertise has been the choice of manufacturing organizations like General Electric and James River Corporation, service organizations like Comcast and Cox Communications, as well as the Air and Army National Guard, and biotechnology/pharmaceuticals. He has presented his ideas on adult learning and organizational transformation at international conferences in Salzburg, Austria and Stockholm, Sweden.

 

Dr. Olivier received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics, University of New Hampshire. He received his Doctorate in Education with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Dr. Olivier is also a certified trainer in the Bill Bridges Transition Model, and has extensive expertise in applying the concepts and methods of adult learning.
