Successful change, both organizational and individual, often begins with new learning. At the Academy we develop and facilitate customized learning and development workshops, seminars, and programs. We also offer a selection of pre-developed programs that we can tailor to your organization's specific needs. Major learning and development areas are highlighted above, and our experience in this area is deep. Our programs are based on sound adult learning theory and our emphasis is on practical application of concepts and topics discussed. We don't generally produce large three-ring binders with reference materials people don't generally "reference" after the program. Instead, we focus on the topics at hand and how the participants need to apply those in their work setting. Toward that end we are always working with real problems and challenges that often come up during the session and are difficult to pre-plan with typical training "exercises" found in many programs today. | ||||||||||||||||||||
