Our roots run deep in the areas of leadership, management, and supervision. We've been fortunate to work with all levels within organizations from executive teams and CEO's to front-line supervisors. This cross-section allows us to bring a very unique perspective to our learning and development programs.

Virtually all of our work in leadership, management, and supervisory development is custom designed specifically for each client. This way we can truly address the specific needs of each organization (or even groups within an organization) while still delivering best-practice concepts and approaches.

A corner stone of our work is based on the concept of Role Redefinition and/or Clarification. It's hard to help leaders, managers, and supervisors develop in their jobs if they don't have a clear understanding of their expected roles. Are they going to serve as Enforcers, or Facilitators? Coaches or Inspectors? Each of those distinctions has a significant impact on what leaders, managers, and supervisors will be doing day-to-day and how they will interact with their coworkers and those they lead.
