Ken has been working in the fields of customer service, human resources, organizational effectiveness, and strategic development for the past 12 years. In his capacity as an Organization Development professional, Ken was involved in the development on innovative operational training programs used throughout a large regional retail chain, he also developed new techniques for mass-hiring and mass-training for setting up new locations. Most recently Ken has been working in the areas of organizational effectiveness and business strategy, facilitating work groups and strategy teams, and consulting with executives on topics such as:
Ken has consulted in the areas of retail operations, distribution, risk management, loss prevention, information technology services, financial services, and human resource management. Additionally, Ken has developed and performed training programs on managing transition and change, identifying and breaking through paradigms, creative thinking, business process improvement methods, and consensus building. Ken received his bachelors degree in resource economics from the University of New Hampshire where he concentrated on the effective distribution of resources within public and private entities. He earned his Masters in Business Administration from Boston College.
