We provide customized consulting services in a range of areas. Our consulting engagements range from one-day meeting facilitation to multi-year large-scale change projects. Consulting Areas: A couple of consulting project examples.... A large-scale process improvement effort using large group conferencing as the methodology: Working with a client in the Southwest US we helped initiate and implement a major organizational improvement effort aimed at fixing the organization's core process. Given the relatively short time line and urgency to initiate improvements, we used a large group conference format. In this format we gathered 65 stakeholders to quickly analyze the problems with the current process, benchmark "best in class" companies for ideas, conduct focus groups in the local market and gather the relevant data that would be needed in redesign of the process. The culminating event was the Workout Redesign Conference held over the course of four days where all 65 employees gathered to redesign the process based on the research and analysis conducted. Helping an organization's board of directors develop a strategic framework for the business: We worked with the board of directors over a period of several months to help introduce a new strategic framework to develop plans and objectives for the organization. These meetings resulted in a strategy document and process that the organization used to drive performance expectations and decision-making. | |||||||
