We appreciate your interest in the Academy. We are proud of our work helping executives, managers, and employees manage change and lead transition. The idea behind the Academy is as strong today as it was when we began. Our mission­

­continues to guide how we approach our work. We are a network of professionals dedicated to the art and science of organizational change.

As you've probably experienced, promoting change within an organization can be very difficult. Without careful management and leadership, new strategies are often misunderstood or not accepted. All of this can leave you feeling frustrated, confused and perhaps, directionless.
