Change

Bryan has been working with organizations on issues of management/leadership development, organizational change, and training for over fifteen years. He has consulted with telecommunications, manufacturing, retail/distribution, military, biotechnology, non-profits, and family businesses. Bryan has also taught courses on leadership and learning at the College for Lifelong Learning, part of the University System of New Hampshire.

Additionally Bryan is responsible for all creative design and communication at the Academy and for Academy clients. He has been able to bring his design sensibilities to each project, helping to compliment his consulting expertise with a product that is easy to use and interact with, and that brands the specific program for the client.

Prior to joining the Academy, Bryan held positions in Training and Organizational Development and Human Resources for a large, regional retail chain. In these positions Bryan was involved in management and leadership development programs, supervisory and front-line training as well as general HR issues and large scale organizational change initiatives.

Bryan received his Bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire. He received his MBA from Bentley College in Waltham, MA. He also has an A.S. in Graphic Design and is certified in the use and interpretation of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a personality assessment widely used in leadership, management and organizational change programs.
