We typically match "paper" surveys with a mixture of individual and/or group interviews to balance the feedback between "quantitative" and "qualitative".

We also offer integrated assessment packages that can be customized to meet your organization's specific needs. These integrated assessment packages are intended to give a broader scope of analysis than a survey that measures a singular dimension. These assessments are typically conducted over several weeks where we collect data through surveys and interviews, compile and analyze data with our consultants, and report the findings through feedback meetings to people inside your organization with recommendations for improvement.
